> CrunchyCo team members take an active part in promoting CrunchyCo and CrunchyCo artists during their free time. They strengthen our community by participating in the things we do here on a regular basis.
> Team members may be asked to participate in various projects, perform various tasks, promote a particular event, attend meetings, etc.
> Team members are idea contributors, advisors, helpers, and planners. Their input is vital to our operation and the decisions we make.
> There's no money in it; we all do it because we want to support the community of artists and because it's fun!
> As a team, we wish to collaborate with each other, share ideas, and work together to accomplish our goals.
