Presented by NW Folklife and sponsored in part by CrunchyCo.com, this year’s 8-Bit Showcase event in Seattle is sure to be a spectacular event to to say the least! On May 30th, Northwest locals Fighter X (Seattle) and Spamtron (Portland) will be joining international chiptune powerhouses USK (Japan) and Nordloef (Sweden).  The four of them will be taking over the stage in the EMP Skychurch as part of Seattle’s Folklife Festival, a FREE event held every year to celebrate fine art and music. If you witnessed the showcase event last year, you’ll remember how KGHB, Fighter X, Trash80, and Sabrepulse rocked the festival on the Vera stage. This year brings a fresh line-up and an even bigger venue. Don’t miss out on your chance to see this amazing collection of talent, hand picked from around the globe and placed right here in the heart of Seattle!

During their visit to the States, both USK and Nordloef will be making other appearances with locals around the area, so keep an eye out for other show details as the dates get closer.
